Hive Studios will lease the Mezzanine incrementally as new HIVE members rent sections of the space.
The ascending rent agreement for the Mezzanine will be based on three primary sources.
1. 10x10 studio spaces rented for 300/month
2. Co-op Gallery Memberships at 100/month (Studio Member Price)
3. Co-op Gallery Membership at 150/month (non-Studio Member Price)
Based on our most recent design, we estimate that there will be 12 studio spaces available and 20 gallery memberships.

ownership/management/operations
Operations, Marketing, Branding, Member Relations will all be organized by Lee White and David Braud. They will oversee and pay for Branding, Website Development, Social Media, Signage and other Marketing responsibilities.
Build out design will be primarily the responsibility of Lee and David. The Factory will cover the cost for any materials considered permanent (flooring, permanent lighting, painting railing, etc)
Studio and Gallery space will be part of the agreement for Lee and David.
In lieu of rent, Lee and David will handle all of the above duties and responsibilities.
HIVE Vision & LEADERshIP
Lee White (Illustrator) and David Braud (Photographer) look to be the ones behind all this. Lee is an accomplished book illustrator and fine artist who also runs a successful online illustration school. David is a freelance photographer who also taught photography and curated the art gallery at O’More College of Design in Franklin for 7 years. Lee grew up in Nashville, moved to Portland, and moved back to Franklin 3 years ago. David has been in Franklin since graduating from the University of Georgia in 1996. David and Lee were both members of the Franklin Creative Suite in Franklin and have some solid experience running this type of operation.
