The power of growing together
While therapy is often thought of as a one-on-one experience, some of our most meaningful growth happens in relationship with others. Group therapy offers a unique opportunity to discover that many of the struggles we carry are shared, and that healing often begins when we realize we are not as alone as we imagined.
In a thoughtfully guided group, members learn not only from the therapist, but from one another. Hearing different perspectives, recognizing familiar patterns, and practicing new ways of relating in real time can create insights and experiences that individual therapy alone cannot always provide. My groups are grounded in curiosity, respect, and emotional safety, creating space for honest conversation, reflection, and meaningful connection.
Upcoming Group: THE LOOPS WE LIVE IN
Scheduled for mid-September 2026 (Get on the waitlist now)
The Loops We Live In is an 8-week therapy group for adults, men and women, who find themselves repeating the same patterns in their relationships, work, or daily lives and want to better understand why. Together, we'll explore the cycles that keep us stuck, the role avoidance often plays, the relational patterns that shape how we communicate, the stories we've come to believe about ourselves, and practical ways to begin living differently. The group emphasizes insight, connection, and the opportunity to learn alongside others who are working toward meaningful change.
The group will meet weekly for eight 100-minute sessions. The cost is $60 per session. Space is limited to 8 participants to encourage meaningful participation and conversation.
What groups focus on:
Each 100-minute session provides an opportunity to:
Recognize patterns that shape the way you think, feel, and relate to others
Learn from the experiences, perspectives, and encouragement of fellow group members
Practice new ways of communicating, setting limits, and responding to difficult emotions
Develop greater self-awareness through honest reflection and supportive feedback
Discover that many of the struggles you carry are shared by others
Build connection in a setting that values curiosity, respect, and confidentiality
Who this is for:
Group therapy may be a good fit if you are:
Feeling stuck in patterns that continue to repeat in your life or relationships
Looking for support while navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, or relationship challenges
Interested in growing alongside others who are working toward similar goals
Wanting a space to practice new ways of relating in a supportive community
Open to learning not only from your own experience, but from the experiences of others
What you can expect:
Group therapy is not about being put on the spot or pressured to share more than you're ready to. Instead, it offers a welcoming environment where people can participate at their own pace while discovering that change often happens in relationship. As trust develops, group members frequently find themselves becoming more open, more compassionate toward themselves and others, and more willing to step out of familiar patterns into new ways of living and connecting.
